RIVET END-USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

Version 1.0, 28 September 2026

This agreement is between ATS All Technology Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("ATS",
"we", "us") and the person or organisation installing or using Rivet ("you").
By installing or using Rivet you accept this agreement. If you do not accept
it, do not install or use Rivet.

If you use Rivet under an IronMesh service agreement with ATS, that agreement
also applies, and where the two differ the service agreement prevails.

1. WHAT YOU MAY DO

1.1 ATS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and
use Rivet for as long as you hold a valid Rivet licence (a "seat") issued
through IronMesh, or during a trial period ATS makes available.

1.2 A seat belongs to one named person. That person may use Rivet on up to
three of their own devices at a time.

1.3 You may make backup copies of the installer for your own use.

2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

2.1 Except as allowed by law or by clause 3, you may not:
     (a) sell, rent, lend, sublicense or otherwise make Rivet available to
          anyone who does not hold their own seat;
     (b)  bypass, disable or interfere with Rivet's licence check;
     (c) remove or alter any copyright, trademark or licence notice; or
     (d) decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer Rivet.

3. OPEN-SOURCE COMPONENTS

3.1 Rivet includes open-source software, including the Qt framework under the
GNU Lesser General Public Licence version 3, and Hunspell. Each is
licensed to you under its own licence, not under this agreement. Their
notices and licence texts are installed with Rivet (THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md
     and the "licenses" folder).

3.2 Nothing in this agreement limits your rights under those licences. In
particular, you may modify the Qt libraries shipped with Rivet, replace
them with your own versions, and reverse engineer Rivet as far as needed
to debug such modifications, as the LGPL permits.

4. YOUR DATA

4.1 Rivet runs on your device. Your mail, calendars, contacts and account
settings are stored on that device and exchanged directly with the mail
and calendar servers you configure. ATS does not receive the content of
     your mail through Rivet.

4.2 To check your licence, Rivet sends ATS your IronMesh sign-in identity, a
device identifier, the device's name, the operating system and the Rivet
version. To check for updates, Rivet contacts ironmesh.cloud. ATS uses
this information only to provide the licence and update services, and
handles it as described in its privacy notice at
https://ironmesh.cloud/legal/privacy/ and in line with the Protection of
     Personal Information Act, 2013.

4.3 Mail you import into Rivet's "On This Computer" folder, for example from
an Outlook PST file, exists only on that device. You are responsible for
     backing it up.

5. UPDATES

5.1 Rivet checks for updates and, unless you switch this off in Preferences,
installs them automatically. Updates are signed by ATS and form part of
     Rivet under this agreement.

6. STATUS OF THE SOFTWARE

6.1 Rivet is under active development. Features may change, and some may not
work with every mail server. Rivet acts on your real mailbox: deleting,
moving or filtering mail in Rivet changes it on the server.

7. WARRANTY

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivet is provided "as is",
without any warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of
fitness for a particular purpose or that it will be free of errors.

7.2 If you are a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, nothing in
this agreement limits any right you have under that Act that cannot
     lawfully be limited.

8. LIABILITY

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATS is not liable for any
indirect, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit,
business or goodwill, arising from your use of Rivet or inability to use
     it.

8.2 ATS's total liability to you in connection with Rivet is limited to the
amount you paid ATS for your Rivet licence in the twelve months before
the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded by
law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

9. ENDING THE LICENCE

9.1 Your right to use Rivet ends when your seat or trial ends, or if you
breach this agreement and do not remedy the breach within 14 days of
being asked to. When a licence lapses, Rivet stops sending mail; your
data on your device is not deleted.

9.2 Clauses 3, 4, 7, 8 and 10 survive the end of this agreement.

10. GENERAL

10.1 This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa,
and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction over any dispute about
     it.

10.2 If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest remains
     in force.

10.3 Rivet, IronMesh and their logos are trademarks of ATS All Technology
Solutions (Pty) Ltd. Copyright (c) 2026 ATS All Technology Solutions
