Replaces Outlook Web App
Rivet Mail
Webmail that does the whole job, including the calendar.
Rivet Mail is the browser client for ChainMail. Mail, calendar, contacts and the global address list, with a scheduling assistant that reads real free/busy data — not a cut-down webmail you fall back to when Outlook is not available.
Live in production and in daily use, with 131 API tests and 50 browser tests passing against it.

A calendar that handles recurrence properly
Repeating meetings expand correctly, and a single changed occurrence stays changed without breaking the series. Create, edit and delete work on both the series and the one exception.
Find a time everyone is free
The scheduling assistant reads attendees' real availability from the server and shows it as a grid, so you pick a slot that works instead of sending an invitation and waiting.
Shared mailboxes and out-of-office
Open a mailbox you have rights to without signing out, and set an automatic reply with start and end dates from the same settings screen.
Stays current while it is open
New mail arrives in the list without a refresh, and a session that has expired says so plainly instead of silently failing to send.
Signs you in for as long as you want
A normal session idles out after two hours and ends after twelve. Tick "keep me signed in" on a machine you trust and it lasts thirty days.
Clean-room, no copyleft
No code was taken from any AGPL or GPL webmail. That is what makes it legal to ship inside an on-premises installation you own.
Listed so you can decide with the whole picture rather than discover it after signing.
