An alternative to Standalone tills, stock sheets and docket books
Bazaar
Point of sale that knows what's in the fridge.
Bazaar is a point of sale that runs your tills, kitchen tickets and stock from a single system. Every sale draws down the recipe it was made from, so stock on hand and gross margin come from what you actually sold, not from a clipboard.

- Till hardware
- A PC per till, an ESC/POS receipt printer and your existing standalone card machine
- Money
- Whole cents throughout; payments and stock movements are never edited or deleted
- VAT
- One setting switches between plain receipts and full tax invoices
- Receipts
- Printed, or sent by email
- Staff sign-in
- PIN, with cashier and manager roles
Recipes that drive stock
Menu items are built from recipes, and every sale deducts its ingredients from stock. What the stock report says is on the shelf is what the till has actually sold through, not what somebody counted last month.
The whole stock cycle
Suppliers, purchase orders, goods received, production, wastage, stock takes with variance, reorder suggestions and valuation, in the same system as the till rather than a spreadsheet beside it.
Menus, sections and price lists
Build menus with modifiers, and split them into sections — sit-down, takeaway or a delivery app — each with its own price list.
Counter till and kitchen
A touch till with shift open and close, and X and Z reports. Kitchen tickets go to a printer or a kitchen screen. A failed print is retried and shown on the till, never silently dropped.
Nothing disappears quietly
An order is voided with a reason and a manager's PIN, never deleted. Payments and stock movements are only ever added to, so the record of a trading day cannot be tidied up after the fact.
Reports from what was sold
Sales by product, section, hour, staff member and tender, plus gross margin, stock variance, wastage and an audit trail.
