IronWire

Every call finds the right person.

IronWire is a business phone system in the cloud: extensions, call routing, auto-attendant menus, queues and voicemail, built on open SIP. Every customer gets a phone system of their own, with an admin console and a self-service portal for their staff.

What it does
  • Extensions and devices

Create extensions, set follow-me, and have voicemail sent to email. Yealink, Fanvil and Grandstream handsets configure themselves.

  • Trunks and call routing

Connect SIP trunks and send each inbound number to an extension or ring group. Route by time of day with schedules, shape outbound calls, block numbers, and lay the whole flow out on a visual canvas.

  • Menus that answer the phone

Digit-driven auto-attendant menus greet callers and send them to the right place.

  • Queues and call-centre agents

Callers wait in a queue while agents log in and out and set their status, and live statistics show how it is going.

  • Voicemail, conference rooms and music on hold

Mailboxes with your own greetings, messages you can play and manage in the browser, conference rooms, and music for callers on hold.

  • See and control live calls

A live list of calls in progress with one-click hang-up, and a searchable history of every call after the fact.

The IronWire call-flow canvas. A box for the main number's inbound route leads to a Main Menu box for the IVR menu, then to a Support queue, which leads to two extension boxes, Jordan Blake 1001 and Priya Natarajan 1002, each with a green dot showing it is registered.
The call-flow canvas. A call arrives on the main number, meets the menu, joins the support queue and rings the agents. The green dots show which handsets are registered. Demo data.
The IronWire admin console on its Extensions tab. A table lists four extensions, 1001 Jordan Blake, 1002 Priya Natarajan, 1003 Sam Okafor and 1010 Reception, each with a masked password, a visibility setting and an Enabled status. Tabs above include Trunks, Ring Groups, Inbound Routes, Call Flows, Time Conditions and IVR Menus.
