IronMesh

One back office for customers, tickets, stock and sales.

IronWorks

A back office where every company's records stay its own.

IronWorks is the multi-tenant back office for running a small business: customers, support tickets, quotes and invoices, stock and reports in one place. Every company's data is isolated from every other's in the database itself, and you sign in with your IronMesh directory account plus a one-time code.

What it does
  • Customers, with the balance beside them

Contacts, addresses, notes and files for each customer, and a statement showing what they owe, worked out from their invoices, credits and receipts.

  • Support tickets that carry the work

Tickets arrive by email, can be assigned and merged, and carry timers, outages and the stock used on the job. Print a PDF job card when the work is done.

  • Quotes, invoices, receipts and credit notes

Raise a quote, turn it into an invoice, take the receipt and issue a credit note, each as a PDF you can print or send.

  • Stock that follows the work

Items, quantities, transfers between locations, labels and stock takes. Stock used on a ticket comes off the shelf.

  • Reports you can export

Debtors age, sales by day, month, staff and department, payments, and stock value. Each exports to CSV or PDF.

  • Recurring billing and debit orders

Schedule repeat invoices, and run a debit-order batch when it is time to collect.

The IronWorks debtors age analysis report. A table lists eight customers with what each owes in columns for under 30 days, 30, 60, 90 and 120-plus days, an on-account column and a balance, with a totals row. Download spreadsheet and Open PDF buttons sit above it.

An IronWorks support ticket, "Wi-Fi drops in the waiting room", with its client, branch, status, assignee and priority on the left. On the right are buttons for Add note, Stop timer, Job card (PDF), Merge and Remind, and a running timer entry. A Stock used panel sits below.
